SHIPPING

Please read the following information regarding our shipping policies and procedures. 

 

Shipping Times

For orders within Europe, please allow 5-10 working days for delivery.

For the UK, 8 and 12 days.

10-20 days for the rest of the world.  

 

Shipping Methods

We work with a mix of national and commercial postal services. We constantly strive to optimize delivery lead time and cost per country.

Tracking Information

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to be updated.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are 6,90 - 11,90 euros (or the same amount converted to the currency of your choice) depending on your location. Any additional customs or import duties imposed by the destination country are the customer's responsibility.

Order Modifications

Once an order has been placed, modifications or cancellations may not be possible. Please review your order carefully before submitting.

Undeliverable Packages

If a package is deemed undeliverable due to the customer's incorrect or incomplete address, we will attempt to contact you to rectify the issue. Additional shipping charges may apply for reshipping the package.

Lost or Damaged Packages

We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages during transit. However, we will work with you and the shipping carrier to resolve any issues to the best of our abilities.

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 4 (four) weeks after receiving the product.
